There are different types of fragrance concentrations, such as Eau de parfum, Eau de toilette, parfum, and Eau de cologne.

Price differences between, eau de parfum, eau de toilette, parfum and eau de cologne
Which is less costly? Say you take in one 100ml bottle and fill it with 20% concentrated perfume and 80 ml of water, or with 4 ml of perfume and 96 ml of water, which is costly? The perfume with 20% fragrance is the obvious choice.
But in fact, the difference is complex. Prices vary between brands of fragrance. The price varies a lot for the same type of fragrance in the same quantity. In addition, companies that produce eau de parfum generally do not produce eau de toilette. These reasons make comparing a bit difficult.
Do Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Parfum, or Eau de Cologne ever expire?
Most fragrances have a shelf life of at least three to five years, depending on the quality of the ingredients and how it is preserved, but it depends on the architecture of each scent.
Due to the increased proportion of alcohol in the formulation, which serves as a protective preservative, Eau de toilette tends to age a little more slowly. On the other hand, perfumes that are pure and free of alcohol will fade the most quickly. Maintain Eau de parfum, Eau de toilette, parfum, or Eau de cologne in a cool, dry, and dark environment to extend shelf life.
Any smell will quickly deteriorate if exposed to too much light, extreme temperature changes (particularly heat), or oxygen. And when the color of the perfume changes to a darker shade or the scent starts to smell a little sour or musty, it’s time to stop
wearing it.
You can choose the most suitable type of fragrance by taking advantage of the endless nuances of the perfume industry, which will make your visit to the perfume store more enjoyable. Whether it is an Eau de parfum, Eau de toilette, parfum, or an Eau de cologne, the fragrance must serve as a reflection of your soul and be in perfect harmony with your inner self.
